We maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority. This provides protection to our clients in the event of any professional negligence on our part.
We may hold client money in designated client accounts in accordance with the FCA's Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) rules. Client funds are held separately from our own business funds and are protected in the event of our insolvency.
