These terms set out the basis on which Post Assurance Brokers Limited provides insurance brokerage services to our clients.

About Us

Post Assurance Brokers Limited is an insurance broker acting on behalf of its clients in arranging insurance solutions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our Services

We provide insurance brokerage services including advising on, arranging, and administering insurance contracts on your behalf. Our services include:

  • Assessing your insurance requirements
  • Advising on suitable cover and policy terms
  • Arranging insurance with appropriate insurers
  • Assisting with claims management and support
  • Providing ongoing policy administration and renewal services

Duty of Disclosure

You are required to provide complete and accurate information when applying for, or making changes to, an insurance policy. Failure to disclose material facts may result in your policy being voided or claims being rejected by the insurer.

Remuneration

We are remunerated by way of commission paid to us by the insurer from whom we arrange your policy.

Client Money

Any money received from you or held on your behalf is treated as client money and held in accordance with the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority. Client funds are held in a designated client account, separate from our own business funds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your insurance policy at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation terms, including any refund entitlement, will depend on the terms of the individual policy and the insurer's conditions. We will advise you of any applicable charges.

Complaints

Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all client information as confidential. Personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Full details are set out in our Privacy Notice.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
